Hi, my name is Nikki Paxton. I am a loving mom of three sweet kiddos and devoted wife to my hard-working husband. Through the years my journey has brought me on a path of the healing arts. I am an herbalist with a passion for working with chronic illness, yoga teacher and horticulturist. I am a lifelong learner craving more knowledge at every bend in life's winding road. I love people and their ability to move through physical, mental, and emotional stagnation once they remove the obstacle (usually the mind). Ironically, I think the Earth is the same — once we remove the human obstacles, she shows you her greatness and power. The pendulum has swung so far in a direction that is detrimental to the health of both humans and the world we inhabit. My purpose is to bridge the gap of understanding Gaia, the universe, and all of its beings in synergy. In addition, I work with individuals to understand whole plants and how they can help heal our bodies and land from illness we have created in our fast-paced, fast-food world.

Hippocrates said "All disease starts in the gut." That's why I believe food to be the most wonderful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison. I look at each individual as a whole person, a unique being.. Using the four pillars of holistic health as a foundation, we can pinpoint troublesome areas and come up with an effective plan to feel better and lead a more fulfilled life. To mask a symptom with pharmaceuticals will only ever do just that, but finding the root of the trouble can give you much relief and freedom. The goal is to provide alternative care for chronic health conditions using the fundamental healing principles of the four pillars of holistic health supported by herbs in many forms.
The Real.Good.Things. promise to you is just that. I work with real, whole plants and medicines, combing the Earth for ingredients sourced responsibly and sustainably. You can trust that if it comes from me, it's real, its good, it's a Real Good Thing.

Your overall health is your own responsibility. I am not a doctor. I am an herbalist and holistic health educator. No state or federal institution licenses herbalists in the United States.
